These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reward Platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Reward Platform is a get-paid-to (GPT) platform. Users earn points by completing surveys and offers provided by third-party partners. Points can be redeemed for rewards subject to review and approval.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and complete email verification.
• Registration may require a valid invitation code.
• One account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts may be suspended.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Points and Redemptions

• Points are credited only after a task completion is verified by our partners.
• Points have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
• All redemption requests are subject to manual review before approval.
• If a partner reverses or charges back a completion, the corresponding points may be deducted from your balance.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or automation tools to complete tasks.
• Providing false information in surveys or offers.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Any attempt to defraud the platform or its partners.

Violations may result in forfeiture of points, suspension, or permanent account termination.

5. Third-Party Content

Surveys and offers are supplied by third-party partners. We are not responsible for partner content, and partner terms may also apply when you complete their tasks.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Task availability and reward values may change at any time. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and Termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
